FairyNova 2, activity report

Thank you for all the reservations for the FairyNova 2 jacket!
First of all, we are planning to deliver the FairyNova 2 jacket around the end of December . Due to the last minute delivery date, the warehouse arrival to Japan is close to the year-end and New Year holidays, so there is a possibility that it will be delivered in January of the new year.
Due to the logistics situation, it is difficult to say anything about this, and we are working to deliver it as soon as possible, so we would appreciate your understanding.
Regarding the production status, I went to the factory last week and confirmed the production status of FairyNova 2, so I would like to report it.
It takes about 45-50 days to procure fabrics and materials, so we are proceeding with procurement at the start of the project, and the materials have already been procured.
Next, the fabric is cut according to the pattern, and the zippers and plates are sewn into each pattern. When I went to the factory last week, it had already been cut according to the pattern.
After that, we will enter the sewing step to combine the cut fabrics.
Approximately 70 patterns are combined and sewn into one piece of clothing, and 90 manufacturing processes are required to make it into a product.
Then the product is finally completed, but that is not the end of the process. Before shipping the product, it is confirmed, inspected, packaged, shipped to a warehouse in Japan, etc., and finally delivered to you. Take shape.
We are managing all of these things, so recently we have been busy checking factory production, planning new products, and preparing for the year-end and New Year holidays.
Next time, I will report the sewing process by combining patterns.
